Eligibility for Returns
Time Frame: Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase.
Condition: Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
Gift cards, personalized items, and products marked as final sale are not eligible for return.
Return Process
Initiate a Return
Contact our Customer Service team to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. Clearly indicate the RAN on the outside of the package.
Shipping
Ship the package to the address provided by our Customer Service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
Refunds
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s), we will process your refund to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
To exchange a product, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Defective Items
